In-depth class description:

This is the North Carolina Concealed Carry Permit class. 

After completing the class you will get the certificate you need to bring to the sheriff’s department to apply for your permit.

We like to keep our classes on the smaller side. That being said, we do ask that you honor your commitment when reserving a seat.  Therefore we must accept a $25 dollar non-refundable down payment.

The remaining payment is taken on the day of class. Of course, cash is always king, but we do accept cards and checks.

The class costs $70.00 plus 30 rounds of ammo per person. (We do discount active military,  veterans, and first responders to $60.00)

If you already have a handgun,  you may bring it with the appropriate ammo. 

If not, you may use any of our handguns (at no additional fee) but we recommend buying 9mm for your ammo purchase. If you can’t get ammo before the class,  you may purchase your 30 rounds from us for $15.00.

We shoot mostly 9mm but do have .380 and .22 caliber if you prefer. 

We do ask that you leave all firearms and ammunition locked in your vehicle until we move to the shooting portion of the class, as no outside firearms or live ammunition are allowed in the classroom. 

All of the information we cover in class will be printed for you to take home. We have extra paper if you’d like to take notes during class.

Eye and ear protection will be available for you to use when we shoot.

In the morning, I have plenty of coffee and pastries and a substantial lunch will be provided. If you have special dietary needs, you may of course bring your own.

Bottled water, soda, and coffee along with plenty of snacks will be provided throughout the day to keep your energy up.

The class is an 8-hour class by law, we try to move along quickly and get you out of here as soon as possible. The class starts at 8 am ( coffee will be waiting!)

We are located on private land. Both the classroom and shooting range are at the same location. It is an outdoor shooting range, so dress comfortably and weather-appropriate.

Follow the signs up the driveway for approximately 1000 feet.

Follow the sidewalk to the right (east side of the building) and you will find the classroom located in the back.
